Delete your Upsies account
Have your delete code? Go to the form.
This page is for Upsies, by Samarpit Santoki.
In the app: open Settings > Delete account, then confirm.
On the web: open Settings > Delete account at upsies.samarpit.dev, on the browser you play on, then confirm.
On another device: find your delete code in Settings, then enter it on this page.
If you uninstalled the app, or lost your device: email samarpit.santoki@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your delete code. Your account has no name or email, so without the code we may not be able to find it. We reply within 30 days.
What we delete: your user ID, game results, streak, Chalk, scores, your entries on boards and in duels, your friend links, your link codes and your delete code. This happens at once. Backups clear within 14 days.
What stays:
- A duel you started shows "A deleted player" until it ends. Duels end within 7 days.
- Totals that cannot identify you, such as "62% got Q4".
- Analytics events, until they expire at 14 months. Our BigQuery copy stays for 14 months.
- Records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
This cannot be undone. Your streak and Chalk are gone for good. Purchases stay with your Apple or Google account. The device you delete from also clears your game progress and cosmetics. Your sound settings, age group and Remove Ads flag stay on that device.
